Questions,
mostly honest ones.

Short answers. The long ones live on the product pages.

Do the objects do anything?

No. Everything here is a decorative and cultural object. We sell objects, not outcomes — nothing on this site promises fortune, protection or healing. How you use a piece is yours to decide: we describe materials and craft, you bring the meaning.

Where does it ship from, and how long does it take?

Every order ships from our workshop in Hangzhou, China. We dispatch in 2–5 business days; transit is typically 7–15 business days to the US and 8–16 to the EU, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Customs can add a few days, so we give ranges rather than promises. Full details on the shipping page.

Will I pay import duties or taxes?

Possibly. Import duties and taxes may apply and are collected by your local customs on delivery. Any figure shown at checkout is an estimate, not a final charge. We declare every parcel accurately at its real value — we do not undervalue shipments.

What is the return policy?

Thirty days, unused, in the original packaging. Custom-cut seals are excluded, because they are made for you. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it — you keep the piece. Start any return or claim at hello@asiafengshui.com.

How do I know the materials are what you say?

Every piece lists its species or composition and where it was made. We do not stock cinnabar, ivory, coral, tortoiseshell, agarwood, rosewood or sandalwood — and every batch keeps its customs paperwork for five years. More on the makers page.

How does the custom seal work?

Tell us up to three characters at checkout. A carver in Hangzhou cuts the stone by hand and we post it within about ten days. Because it is made for you, a custom seal cannot be returned once it is cut.
