From our workshop to your door
Everything ships from our workshop in Hangzhou, China. Orders are packed by hand and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Ceramics travel in moulded pulp and double-walled board; nothing leaves without tracking.
Rates
Shipping is free on orders of $180 or more. Orders without heavy objects — censers, trays — ship free from $80. Below that, a flat $15.
Typical transit times
United States & Canada: 7–15 business days. United Kingdom & EU: 8–16 business days. Australia & New Zealand: 8–16 business days. Asia: 5–12 business days. These are typical ranges, not guarantees; customs inspections can add a few days.
Duties & taxes
Import duties and taxes may apply and are collected by your local customs on delivery. Any figure shown at checkout is an estimate, not a final charge. We declare every parcel accurately at its real value — we do not undervalue shipments.
Holiday cut-off dates
For the best chance of pre-Christmas arrival, order by 10 December (US) or 5 December (EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand). After those dates we ship as normal, but delivery may land after the holidays — we would rather say that than promise a date we cannot keep.
Tracking
Every parcel has a tracking number, emailed when it leaves the workshop. If tracking has not moved for 15 business days, write to us and we will resolve it with you — replacement or refund.
Damaged or lost
If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days: we replace it or refund it, and you keep the piece. If a parcel goes missing, it is ours to solve, not yours. Start either at hello@asiafengshui.com.
